The Cashmans 40-foot Cashman Heavy Horse Hot Dipped Galvanized Round Pen is a 10-panel round pen with one walk-thru gate built from Heavy Horse panels with a hot dipped galvanized finish - a corrosion-protection process where the complete panel is submerged in molten zinc, coating every surface including the inside of the tubes through weeping holes, providing decades of rust resistance that paint-finished panels cannot match in outdoor Ohio conditions. This galvanized round pen is the right choice for outdoor permanent installations where the round pen will stay in place year-round through Ohio's rain, humidity, winter moisture, and spring mud - conditions that eventually compromise paint finishes and start surface rust that galvanized panels simply don't experience. The 92-pound galvanized Heavy Horse panels of this hot dipped galvanized round pen carry the same gap-free square-corner and rodeo-latch safety design as the painted panel line, with the added structural weight of the galvanizing coating.
