The Cashmans Insulated Heat Tube by Miraco is a freeze-protection component for automatic livestock waterer installations that allows the water supply line to enter from below ground without freezing in cold Ohio winters. This heat tube provides 2 inches of insulation around the water line entry point, which is the most vulnerable part of an automatic waterer system when winter temperatures drop - because an unprotected water line at the waterer connection will freeze before the underground line does. The insulated heat tube features a rubber plug that can be removed for easy access to the shut-off valve when draining the system is needed for repairs or end-of-season winterization. The outside dimensions of 14 x 30 inches make this Miraco heat tube compatible with standard pasture waterer installations.
This Insulated Heat Tube is an essential accessory for any Miraco pasture waterer installation in a climate with hard winter freezes, protecting your investment and ensuring continuous water availability through cold weather.
