These paddock slab grids are installed in a layered system - a base layer, equalizing layer, the paddock slab grids filled with material as a separating layer, and a top footing layer - to create a stable, draining surface that stops erosion at the source and provides a consistent footing foundation. The durable, non-rotting, UV-resistant, and frost-resistant construction of these Stable Ground paddock slabs stands up to Ohio's weather year-round without degrading, cracking, or requiring periodic replacement.
