Product Description

The Cashmans Two-Way Gate Latch fits gates made from 1-5/8" to 2" round tubes and allows the gate to swing and latch in either direction - making it the right latch for high-traffic gates where people and horses need to pass through from both sides without stopping to manually set a latch. This two-way gate latch sits on the inside of the post and keeps the gate from sagging over time, which is one of the most common problems with farm gates that see daily use. The one-handed operation and easy-open design means this farm gate latch can be operated from horseback - a practical feature for riders who open and close pasture gates without dismounting. The latch can be padlocked for additional security when needed.

Installation of this two-way gate latch requires a 2" to 2-3/4" gap between the post and gate for proper fit. Hardware to mount the latch to the gate is included; post mounting hardware is not included. This zinc-coated gate latch is proudly made in the USA and built to stand up to outdoor conditions on an active farm year after year.
